FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are you eligible to get rebates (medicare / private health) for your appointments?

Unfortunately rebates are not eligible for Naturopathy appointments, I hope this changes in the future to make our services more accessible to the wider community.

Do you offer in person consultations?

Currently the clinic is operating via telehealth only. Sign up to stay up to date with all clinic news.
By offering telehealth appointments this means if you wish to work together, you can be based anywhere in the world!

Is there additional fees on top of the consultation fee?

Additional testing is sometimes required based on the case.
Herbs / supplements are at an additional cost.
If you are on a budget, please let me know! I understand life’s expenses and always endeavour to work within my client’s budgets. I am always transparent about prices and will discuss this with you in our appointment.

Why do you encourage additional testing?

Additional tests can provide more detailed information about your health status, allowing for more accurate treatment.
This precision helps to treat the root cause & addresses specific issues.

How many appointments do you recommend I need?

This is completely based on each individual case. I usually see patients 4 weeks apart from their initial appointment.

My aim is to assist you in reaching your health goals, so you no longer need to see me. Some conditions are chronic in nature so we will work together to manage this with a long term plan. Some conditions are acute in nature & acute appointments can be booked online.

Can I pick up supplements / herbs locally?

Yes, absolutely!

What are the benefits of Telehealth appointments?

Telehealth allows patients to access healthcare services from the comfort of their homes, eliminating the need for travel and reducing time spent in waiting rooms.
The convenience of virtual appointments may encourage patients to seek medical advice earlier, fostering a more proactive approach to healthcare.
During times of illness, infection and public health crisis, telehealth helps minimise the risk of spreading infections.
