In case where your life is at danger or the lives of others around you, we are obliged by law to notify law enforcement and refer your information to relevant medical parties.

Caitlin Zoe Naturopathy, will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information that we hold about you is kept confidential and secure, including by: having a robust physical security of our premises and databases / records; taking measures to restrict access to only personnel who need that personal information to effectively provide services to you; having technological measures in place (for example, anti-virus software, fire walls, etc).

Patients are entitled to access their own health records at any time convenient to both themselves and the practice.
