If we collect your sensitive information, we will do so only with your consent, if it is necessary to prevent a serious and imminent threat to life or health, or as otherwise required or authorised by law, and we take appropriate measures to protect the security of this information.

This may occur through referral to other specialists and doctors, for medical testing and imagery and in other cases. In case where your life is at danger or the lives of others around you, we are obliged by law to notify law enforcement and refer your information to relevant medical parties.

How do we protect your personal information?
Caitlin Zoe Naturopathy, will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information that we hold about you is kept confidential and secure, including by: having a robust physical security of our premises and databases / records; taking measures to restrict access to only personnel who need that personal information to effectively provide services to you; having technological measures in place (for example, anti-virus software, fire walls, etc).

We may modify this policy at any time, in our sole discretion and all modifications will be effective immediately. This information will be updated on our website.

Access
Patients are entitled to access their own health records at any time convenient to both themselves and the practice.
